ORDERS You can pay on line using Paypal and cleared payments are usually despatched within 24 hours, if an item is out of stock, we will email you to let you know when delivery is expected, however all items listed are usually in stock!

PLEASE NOTE: In order to try and make postage reasonable, we remove some figures from their blister packs, we do include the 'card' from the blister but not the plastic blister 'bubble'. This is to try and send items 'large letter' rate rather than packet rate. If at the end the postage costs look wrong it most probably is!!! Email us and we will put the order together and weigh it for correct costs, we usually respond to all emails within 24 hours.
RETURNS We are happy to refund items returned within 10 days in the original condition, we cannot refund postage costs.
